Cook fish on the broiler, basting often. Serve fish on dinner plate with the side with the best looking lines facing up. Serve the avocado lime butter on the side. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
SWORD FISH MARINADE
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbl. Lemon Zest - grated peel of lemon, only the colored part
3/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice - about 6 lemons
3 tsp. Garlic - processed
2 Tbl. Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Cups Salad Oil
Whisk together all marinade ingredients. Put fish in shallow pan and pour on marinade. Let fish marinate, refrigerated and covered from 2 to 6 hours. Turn fish a few times during this time.
